"Appartement confortable et calme offrant une belle luminosté et vue. Par contre une rénovation est nécessaire au niveau du plafond, murs, et évacuation d'air (humidité élevée quand les chauffages sont allumés). De plus, il faut remplacer le canapé qui n'est pas du tout confortable, et c'était ma première impression à l'état des lieux d'entrée en 2021. Donc pour résumer, l'appartement serait parfait avec un peu de rénovations."
