"Excellent flat, great location, very accommodating landlord."

"I'm an US-student studying in Paris. I was anxious renting via internet, not seeing the appartment, not meeting a landlord. however, it ended up very well. the flat was exactly as described, clean and well maintained, roomy and ergonomic. The bed is comfortable, a decent amount of storage space. Excellent location! The landlord was very friendly and accommodating. i had a few problems with the french bank causing delays with rent payments. The landlord agreed to wait without any problems. Overall, i'm very satisfied with my experience staying in this flat. Will definitely recommend to others.
