"Not good worst apartment i ever staying my entire life"

"Dear Nicole,
This is Priya Varmora I recently stayed in the apartment at 7, boulevard fladrin and I am a student and studying in paris and booked the apartment directly from india.
When I landed in paris and came to my apartment it was not clean properly and after 10 days I don’t have electricity in the apartment which you already know and you didn’t tried to help as a student we came for studying at paris and if we don’t have electricity in the apartment how we are going to cook in the evening and for 2 months I don’t have any option so I stayed there I asked for rent reduction for the inconvenience caused and as a humanity you didn’t do that. I am not like you if I see anyone facing problem You should help them and not ignore them. I faced a lot of problems which I can go to the police station and make it legal but I didn’t do that because I am not like you at least it is your apartment you should come and see what is the ongoing problem of electricity I think agency tried their best to provide the service but from your end it is worst owner of the house I have ever seen in my entire life.
I hope you have read this and still asking last time I faced a lot of problems in the house if you can still give a discount amount refund for the inconvenience of the electricity problem I faced and you didn’t do anything to get it repair done because I paid you full amount of rent and I didn’t get service and pleasant stay in that apartment I faced a lot of problem.
