"Dès l'instant où j'ai vu l'annonce concernant cet appartement, j'ai été séduit. Sa petite taille est facilement supplantée par son excellente ergonomie. En effet, j'ai toujours su trouver le moyen de ranger mes nombreuses affaires sans soucis. L'emplacement de l'appartement dans le 17e arrondissement est parfait ; situé entre plusieurs stations de métro, bus, RER, et même la gare Saint-Lazare, je n'ai jamais eu de soucis à me déplacer entre mon appartement et le reste de la région parisienne. Je garderai de beaux souvenirs de ce petit coin de paradis."
