    "Appartement mignon et sympathique.

    J’y ai passé deux ans et demi formidables et c est le cœur gros que je le quitte.
    Un emplacement idéal au cœur de Paris.
    Immeuble très agréable avec un voisinage sympathique notamment Mme Vuilhomme. Les propriétaires sont également très correct et magnanimes.

    Je déplore juste l’attitude scandaleuse de la voisine du deuxième qui mériterait sérieusement un procès.... ainsi que de Mr Pytel.

    Il serait également bien de moderniser le mobilier car ce dernier commence à devenir un peu vieillissant et trop basique pour un si joli appartement mais je reste conscient qu’il s’agit d’une propriété à des fins locatives.
