"Son état n’est pas à la hauteur de son prix"

"L’appartement est très sombre. La cuisine doit être refaite car désuète et la moquette doit absolument être changer, car elle contribue à assombrir l’appartement et lui donner un aspect vieillot. Le canapé n’est pas confortable, l’électroménager est obsolète, le four date des années 30, le réfrigérateur est minuscule. La salle de bain est très humide, car le vmc ne fonctionne pas. De plus, il y a peu de rangement dans la salle de bain.
Les parties communes très bien entretenues et le balcon et sa vue sur le petit jardin sont les points forts de l’appartement, avec sa localisation.
Son état en revanche ne justifie pas son prix.
Concernant le propriétaire, je ne commenterai pas la note, elle en dit assez par elle même. "
