"The apartment is spacious and has many storage facilities and many rooms, however, the noise from the construction nearby is ongoing from 7am every morning for 6 days a week, however, it is pretty quite after 5pm. Other than that, there were ongoing maintenance needed at the apartment; water, heater...etc"
